 Medical Credit Card Facility

Hospital Credit Facility
Insured Members will be able to have the flexibility of using their Hospital Credit Facility
Card or Guarantee Letter upon admission if the Policyholder elects to and being approved by
Liberty to grant such facility.
Participating
Hospitals (Total 12 private hospitals in Hong Kong)
Guidelines for hospital credit facility approval by Liberty:
1. Annualized Premium (Annual Payment Mode only) of HK$500,000 or above
2. Max $200,000 hospital credit Limit per each confinement
3. Signed Agreement of the Indemnity by the Policyholder for the credit shortfall expenses.
Network Outpatient
Credit Facility (Panel doctor card)
We have contracted with 2 leading panel doctors groups, namely UMP and QHMS,
to offer outpatient credit facility to Insured Members under our Group Medical Schemes.
The combined doctor networks have over 800+ doctors and clinics at prime locations in
commercial and residential areas throughout Hong Kong, with medical providers ranging
from general practitioners, specialists, physiotherapist to Chinese Medicine Practitioners.
Insured Member can present Liberty's outpatient credit card at the designated clinics to
receive the outpatient treatment on credit with preferred rate charged subject to the
Policyholder's signed Indemnity agreement and being approved by Liberty. Insured Member
may have to make a co-payment at point of visit depending on the Insurance plan benefit limits.
Through our arrangement of the network outpatient credit cards, Policyholders and producers
are freed of the daily administration of member enrollment/termination with the doctor
panels while Insured Members can enjoy outpatient medical services without the hassle of
filing claims. On top of this no claim admin benefits provided by the outpatient credit
facility, the preferred rate also offers a simple and direct cost containment measure to
the caring employers.
